ProperDex is an online property listing service designed to provide an easy way for buyers and sellers to view and list properties for sale. In order to use the extended features of the site a user account must be created. When creating a user account personal information will be obtained by ProperDex, this information will be kept private unless you choose to have it displayed publicly.

Information users submit to ProperDex;

Private information such as credit card numbers and bank account information will never be available to the public.

Surveys & Contests: Contact and other information collected for contests will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information collected will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Aggregate: We use your server, IP address, and browser-type related information in the general administration of our website.
